BRING YOUR DOG to the National Country Show Live, where you and your dog can take part in over a dozen Fun Dog Show classes and win rosettes! The top 6 in each class will be awarded with a rosette, so there’s plenty of chances to win.

Plus there’s have-a-go dog friendly activities as well as lots of doggy shopping too!

Have-a-Go: Fastest Recall Challenge

How good is your dog’s recall? And how quickly will they come back to you? Our Fastest Recall challenge is a real test of speed and obedience!

It’s a high energy canine sport which requires your dog to chase a toy…. then come back on recall. Will your dog be the quickest of the day? All proceeds of the Fastest Recall Challenge go directly to the German Shepherd Rescue Elite.

Registration 10am – 12pm at the German Shepherd Rescue Elite Registration Desk. 
Price First class is £1.50 each class after that is £1.00
Classes start at 12pm and are open to any breed.

12.15pm – Handsome Dog
12.35pm – Marvellous Markings
12.50pm – Prettiest Princess
1.10pm – Best Rescue / Rehome
1.25pm – Cutest Puppy (3 – 12 months)
1.45pm – Adorable Adult (1 – 7 years)
2.05pm – Waggiest Tail
2.20pm – Cutest Crossbreed
2.40pm – Perfect Pedigree
3.00pm – Child’s Best Friend (under 16)
3.20pm – Friendliest Dog
3.40pm – Most Appealing Eyes
4.00pm – Best in Show (open to everyone that won a first place rosette throughout the day)

The Fun Dog Show classes will take place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September 2024 at Hylands Park, Chelmsford. All information correct at time of publication.
